Location: San Diego Wild Animal Park, Yosemite, Carbon Canyon. Subject: big animals, bike portraits, faux magazine photos, cute baby in a Superman costume.
Just some random jazz I’ve shot in the last few weeks. The first set is from a trip to the San Diego Wild Animal Park. If I get more time, I’ll include some other shots in a random jazz part 2 post.
The second set are pictures of my friend Mike riding off the beaten path in Yosemite.
The third group is of my friend Natasha. As I’ve written before, I like to give myself projects. I had been scheming over a “Fall Fashion Preview” type shoot, and asked if she would help out. Unfortunately, the weather was decidedly against us that day, so we didn’t get to do much in the way of wardrobe changes. Next time.
Finally, the last picture is of my dear friend “Danger.” I asked his mom if I could use him for some lighting practice in the park, and we hit on the idea to dress him up in his Halloween costume. For some reason, I thought it would be easy to get a 1 1/2 year old to stand still and listen to directions; apparently, my knowledge of children is not what I thought it was. :) This is about the only usable shot I got, but it sure is cute!
